Wednesday: 6 PM-7:15 PM

Thursday: 9:30 AM-10:30 AM

Class fee:

Drop-In: $15 (cash, check, Venmo)

Private Yoga class: $75.

Our Yoga classes are small and personal. We start with more active poses to ground and to build strength and stamina (Yang) before moving into the floor poses; longer holds that lengthens the fascia and activates the peace and calm part of our nervous system (Yin).

 

If you have never done yoga, but would like to experience it, this is a safe space to try it.  You may choose to schedule a private yoga session to be more familiar with the sequences or get personal attention prior to joining a class, but this is not required.

During class, many of the poses offer several options so each student can participate at their own level. Yoga is not about competition. The goal is to connect deeply with the many layers of your being and to feel more comfortable in your own skin.
